7R is expanding its management team and preparing for strategic growth by welcoming three new members to the team.
7R, a developer of modern warehouse and industrial space operating in the Polish and Czech markets, is expanding its team with three new hires. The move is intended to support the company’s transition to a regional operating model covering three markets: northwestern Poland, central-southern Poland, and the Czech Republic. This evolution is 7R’s response to dynamic market growth, changing distribution patterns among customers, and the formation of natural market clusters within its portfolio.
The regional management team drives market-focused growth
To ensure operational efficiency and high-quality customer service, 7R has appointed regional managers who are responsible for the company’s overall operations in their respective markets, including business development, leasing, and project planning and management.
Dariusz Proniewicz is joining 7R as Regional Manager for Central and Southern Poland, while Filip Piekarski is being promoted to Regional Manager for the Northwest. Jiri Duchon will oversee 7R’s operations in the Czech Republic. This structure enables the company to gain even deeper insight into local markets, make decisions more quickly, and offer more tailored solutions to clients in each region.
Damian Kołata has assumed the newly created position of Head of Commercial for Poland and the Czech Republic and will work closely with the Regional Heads. Damian will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships with 7R’s clients, ensuring consistent leasing processes, and standardizing commercial practices across all markets. He will focus on portfolio-wide opportunities and synergies between regional operations, which will allow for the alignment of the commercial strategy with the brand’s positioning.
Damian brings extensive experience from his previous role as a member of the EMEA L&I Operating Board and Head of Industrial & Logistics / E-Commerce CEE at Cushman & Wakefield. With over 20 years of experience in warehouse logistics and supply chain management, he previously led e-commerce operations and logistics development for major companies such as ThyssenKrupp, TZMO S.A., and FIEGE. Damian is also an academic lecturer, co-author of several publications in the field of logistics, and co-founder of the Association of E-Commerce Logistics Experts
