2008
7R Operations Commence
The company initiated its operations and commenced the development of 7R Park Gdańsk, marking the beginning of 7R's expansion in the warehouse and industrial real estate market.
2010
First Warehouse Commissioned
The commissioning of the first warehouse facility marked the transition from the company's development phase to the delivery of ready-to-market projects.
2014
First Build-to-Suit Project
Execution of the inaugural BTS project, tailored to the client's specific requirements and operational model.
2018
7R City Flex Debuts
Introduction of 7R City Flex Last Mile Logistics to the market, a pioneering concept for urban warehouses supporting last-mile logistics.
2021
Over 1 Million Sqm Under Management
Exceeding 1 million square meters of space under management, affirming the scale of operations and the advancement of 7R's expertise in asset and property management.
