Accountant / Independent Accountant

Accounting

The person in this position will be responsible for maintaining full accounting records in accordance with applicable regulations, recording financial documents on an ongoing basis, and preparing tax returns, including VAT and corporate income tax returns. The role also includes participating in monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings, preparing financial statements, monitoring accounts receivable and accounts payable, and collaborating with external auditors and financial institutions.

  • Work schedule: Full-time
  • Required experience: We are looking for a candidate with a college degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with at least 2–3 years of experience in a similar position. Knowledge of the commercial real estate industry, tax regulations (particularly VAT and CIT), and accounting principles will be essential. We expect proficiency in SAP Business One, very good knowledge of MS Excel, and conversational English. Meticulousness, independence, responsibility, and commitment to completing assigned tasks will also be important.

Senior Financial Controller

Management Accounting

The person in this role will be responsible for financial controlling of investment and construction projects, including oversight of CAPEX budgets, OPEX cost control, and the preparation of forecasts, analyses, and management reports. The role involves ongoing monitoring of budget execution, analysis of variances, assessment of project profitability, and identification of financial risks. The position requires close collaboration with the development, construction, asset management, and accounting teams, as well as participation in improving reporting and controlling processes.

  • Required experience: We are looking for a candidate with a college degree in finance, economics, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in financial controlling, preferably in the real estate industry or at a BIG4 firm in the real estate or audit sector. Experience in controlling CAPEX investment budgets, project analysis, and working with large volumes of financial data will be key. We expect very good knowledge of MS Excel, experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, and fluency in English. Knowledge of analytical tools such as Power BI, SQL, DAX, or Power Query is a plus. Critical data analysis skills, effective communication with stakeholders, proactivity, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset will also be important.

Accounting

The person hired for this position will be responsible for managing the company’s full accounting operations, recording financial documents on an ongoing basis, preparing tax returns, and participating in monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings. Their responsibilities will also include preparing separate financial statements, monitoring receivables and payables, and preparing reports for external institutions such as the Central Statistical Office (GUS) and the National Bank of Poland (NBP).

We are looking for a meticulous, independent, and committed individual who approaches assigned tasks responsibly and ensures accuracy in daily accounting work.
