Orange moves to 7R

Orange, a leader in Poland’s fixed-line, internet, and data transmission market, has leased over 2,000 square meters of warehouse and office space at 7R City Park Gdańsk Airport I.

– We are relocating to 7R City Park Gdańsk Airport I to improve access to major roads and infrastructure, while also enhancing the work environment for our office staff. 7R City Park Gdańsk Airport I consists of three buildings with a total area of 40,500 square meters, equipped with modern, eco-friendly technologies to ensure excellent storage conditions and a high standard of operation. This is validated by a BREEAM certification at the “Very Good” level. The project features a 250 kWp photovoltaic system, advanced thermal insulation, and LED lighting to supplement natural daylight. The park is conveniently located just 800 meters from the S6 route, 13 km from Gdańsk city center, 4 km from Lech Wałęsa Airport, and 25 km from the Port of Gdynia. It is also easily accessible for employees, with nearby PKM rapid rail and bus stops providing convenient public transportation.
