7R, one of the leading developers of warehouse and logistics space, has finalized the purchase of a 140,000-square-meter plot in Stara Wieś in the Mazovia Province. A modern warehouse complex with an area exceeding 60,000 sq m will be built on this site, dedicated to logistics, warehousing, and BTO/BTS projects.

 

The transaction is part of 7R’s consistently implemented strategy of securing land in key logistics locations. The municipality of Nadarzyn is one of the most attractive warehouse markets in the Warsaw metropolitan area, with significant potential for further development. By expanding its land bank, 7R remains focused on offering flexible, client-tailored solutions in well-connected regions.
