The real estate development company 7R is expanding its operations in the Czech Republic

Štefan Bohoš has joined the Prague team at 7R, a developer of high-quality warehouse space, as Leasing Manager. This marks another step in 7R’s expansion in the Czech real estate market.

Thanks to his extensive expertise in commercial real estate, leasing, and retail development, Štefan has successfully closed numerous lease transactions across the Czech market and has supported clients in the industrial, logistics, and e-commerce sectors. Before joining 7R, he served as Commercial Manager at Panattoni and as an industrial real estate consultant at JLL.

Since the beginning of 2024, 7R has been developing two real estate projects in the Czech Republic:

• 7R Park Lavičky D1 Highway, strategically located near the D1 highway, offers 25,000 square meters of leasable space. The investment exceeds 30 million euros.
• A second project, covering an area of 56,000 square meters, is being developed in the Prague metropolitan area near the town of Lužec in collaboration with EQT.

Both of these projects, which have valid building permits, underscore 7R’s commitment to expanding its presence in the region through modern, energy-efficient, and custom-designed logistics and manufacturing facilities.
