13,000 sqm – this is the total space leased at 7R Park Gdańsk IV by new tenant Argo S.A., a market leader in office equipment and materials for document binding and shredding, and Mercator Medical, a manufacturer of gloves and distributor of disposable medical supplies, which has expanded its lease to over 19,500 sqm.
Argo S.A. has leased approximately 6,400 square meters of space, which will be used, among other things, for warehousing purposes. – We decided to relocate to a warehouse in the 7R Park Gdańsk IV distribution center to increase storage space and optimize logistics processes and costs, particularly in the areas of product packaging and equipment servicing, for which specially dedicated zones have been tailored – says Radosław Szwabe, Logistics Director at Argo. “We believe that the modern facility, built and operated using environmentally friendly technology, will help reduce operating costs, improve customer service quality, and enhance the comfort of our team. The decision to relocate to the new distribution center aligns with our organization’s mission and is a milestone in its further development.”
Argo S.A. is a market leader in office equipment and supplies for document binding and shredding (brands such as Kobra, Wallner, Galeria Papieru, Heykka, and Dovre), a distributor of Grawerton products (supplies and equipment for sublimation and thermal transfer), and Hanami (laminating films for high-quality print enhancement). – This is the second time Argo has chosen 7R. Meanwhile, Mercator Medical S.A., which had previously selected 7R Park Gdańsk IV, decided to expand its leased space by over 6,500 square meters. In total, the company’s new distribution center will cover over 19,500 square meters. The company will begin operations at the new location in the second quarter of 2025. As emphasized by Andrzej Michalak, Logistics Director at Mercator Medical, the new warehouse, characterized by great potential and very low-emission parameters, supports the company’s environmental approach: “We aim to optimize distribution processes, which will improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.”
7R Park Gdańsk IV is located in Barniewice, 2.5 km from the S6 Tri-City Metropolitan Ring Road and 4 km from Gdańsk Airport. The park, covering an area of 42,000 sqm, has been designed according to the highest standards and sustainability criteria, benefiting both the natural environment and tenants.
