7R is expanding its leasing team – new experts have joined the company

Three experienced professionals—Aurelia Rachtan, Jakub Rzeżuchowski, and Adam Włochyński—have joined the team at 7R, a developer of high-quality warehouses. They will all assume new regional roles and will be responsible for project development in key locations across Poland.

Aurelia Rachtan has been appointed Leasing & Development Director for the Małopolska and Upper Silesia regions. She has been in the industry for over 25 years, spending most of that time at Panattoni, where she served as Associate Development Director. Throughout her career, she has leased a total of approximately 800,000 sq. ft. of warehouse and industrial space across Poland. At 7R, her responsibilities include leasing the flagship 7R Hub Nowa Huta project in Kraków.

Jakub Rzeżuchowski has been appointed Senior Leasing Manager responsible for the Central Poland region, as well as Kielce and Gliwice. He has over a decade of experience working with tenants and property owners, which he gained at consulting firms such as Savills and JLL. He is a graduate of the University of Economics in Kraków, where he earned a degree in real estate management.

Adam Włochyński has been appointed Leasing Manager in Kraków. He has been involved in the local commercial real estate market for nearly a decade. He has worked at Savills and JLL, and was also responsible for the leasing of Unity Centre. At 7R, he supports tenants in the Małopolska and Upper Silesia regions.
