7R Strengthens Its Leadership Team with Three New Appointments to Drive Strategic Growth

This move supports the company’s transition to a regional operating structure across three markets: Northwest Poland, Central-Southern Poland, and the Czech Republic.

The transformation reflects 7R’s strategic response to dynamic market growth, evolving client distribution patterns, and the formation of natural market clusters across its portfolio.

Regional Leadership Structure Drives Market-Focused Growth

To optimize operations and client service delivery, 7R has appointed dedicated Regional Heads who will oversee all company operations in their respective markets, including business development, leasing, project preparation, and management. Dariusz Proniewicz has joined 7R as Head of Region for Central-South Poland, and Filip Piekarski has been promoted to Head of the North-Western Region.  7R’s operations in the Czech Republic will be led by Jiri Duchon. This structure enables deeper local market expertise, faster decision-making, and more tailored solutions for clients in each region.

The Regional Heads will work in close coordination with Damian Kołata, who has assumed the new strategic role of Head of Commercial for Poland and the Czech Republic. Damian will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships with 7R clients, ensuring operational excellence in leasing, and standardizing commercial practices across markets. He will focus on portfolio-level opportunities and cross-regional synergies, enabling the alignment of commercial strategy with brand positioning.

Damian brings a wealth of experience from his previous role as an EMEA L&I Operating Board Member and Head of Industrial & Logistics / E-Commerce CEE at Cushman & Wakefield. With over 20 years of experience in warehouse logistics and supply chain management, he previously led e-commerce operations and logistics development for major companies such as ThyssenKrupp, TZMO S.A., and FIEGE. Damian is also an academic lecturer, co-author of several logistics publications, and co-founder of the E-Commerce Logistics Experts Association.

The Head of Commercial will also implement standardized leasing processes and ensure that all commercial activities align with 7R’s long-term strategy

Leadership Team Appointments

Dariusz Proniewicz joins 7R as Head of Region for Central-South Poland. Prior to joining 7R, Dariusz managed the design and execution of build-to-suit (BTS) and large-scale industrial projects, as well as property acquisitions. With a proven track record in commercial real estate, he has successfully led major projects for companies such as Panattoni, Goodman, Prologis, and MDC2. His extensive expertise in managing complex investment projects, combined with his deep understanding of the industrial development market, positions him ideally to accelerate 7R’s expansion in this strategically important region. Dariusz’s client-centric approach and proven ability to deliver large-scale developments on time and within budget align perfectly with 7R’s commitment to excellence and strategic growth objectives.

Filip Piekarski has been promoted to Head of the North-Western Region. With over 16 years of proven experience in the real estate market, including 12 years of dedicated service with 7R, Filip brings exceptional expertise to his expanded role. He has successfully played a pivotal role in preparing and developing warehouse projects totaling 3 million square meters while contributing to the expansion of 7R’s land bank by 2 million square meters. His comprehensive understanding of the North-Western Poland market, combined with his engineering and development background, enables seamless integration of technical and business strategies. Filip’s track record of delivering complex, large-scale developments and his deep knowledge of regional market dynamics position him perfectly to accelerate 7R’s growth in this key market. His collaborative leadership style and proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams align ideally with 7R’s commitment to operational excellence and strategic expansion objectives.
