7R is expanding its leasing team

Three experienced professionals—Aurelia Rachtan, Jakub Rzeżuchowski, and Adam Włochyński—have joined 7R, a developer of high-quality warehouse space. All three are taking on new regional roles and will be responsible for the development of projects in key locations across Poland.

Aurelia Rachtan has been appointed Leasing & Development Director for the Małopolska and Upper Silesia regions. She has been active in the real estate industry for over 25 years, spending most of her career at Panattoni, where she served as Associate Development Director. Over the course of her career, she has leased approximately 800,000 square meters of warehouse and industrial space across Poland. At 7R, she is responsible, among other things, for leasing the company’s flagship project—7R Hub Nowa Huta in Kraków.

Jakub Rzeżuchowskihas been appointed Senior Leasing Manager, overseeing the Central Poland, Kielce, and Gliwice regions. He brings over six years of experience in leasing logistics and industrial space, gained at developers such as LCube and Waimea Holding. His professional background includes tenant negotiations, leasing strategy, and market development across Poland.

Adam Włochyński has been appointed Leasing Manager in Kraków. He has been active in the local commercial real estate market for nearly ten years. His previous experience includes roles at Savills and JLL, as well as overseeing the leasing of Unity Centre. At 7R, he supports tenants in the Małopolska and Upper Silesia regions.
