7R has appointed Martin Ohly as Head of Germany

Warsaw, February 2, 2026 – 7R and Urban Partners announce that Martin Ohly is joining the 7R team, where he will assume the newly created position of Head of Germany. Martin Ohly joins 7R from Logicenters, where he most recently served as General Manager & Head of Logistics at the logistics real estate management and development platform owned by Urban Partners. In his new role, he will be responsible for growing 7R’s business in the German market.

Martin Ohly is joining 7R—a portfolio company of Urban Partners, owned by Nordic Strategic Fund V (NSF V)—to build and lead the company’s expansion and operations in Germany. He is an international real estate expert with over 19 years of experience in investment, transactions, capital markets, commercialization, and commercial real estate portfolio management. Before joining Logicenters, he worked at leading real estate organizations such as Amazon Global Realty, JLL, APLEONA, and METRO Properties. He has held executive positions in Germany and Europe, as well as serving as a senior advisor and subject matter expert on a wide range of real estate projects.
