7R has secured a building permit for 7R Hub Nowa Huta, a strategically located, next-generation logistics and industrial park in Kraków. The project consists of three buildings with a total area of approximately 230,000 square meters. Negotiations with potential tenants are already underway.
Located in the heart of Nowa Huta, near National Road 79 and the soon-to-be-completed S7 expressway interchange, the park offers excellent connectivity and access to downtown Kraków. Its location and proximity to a skilled workforce make 7R Hub Nowa Huta an attractive choice for technology companies, manufacturing operations, and logistics providers. We are currently finalizing negotiations with light manufacturing and service companies.
