7R and EQT Exeter will develop the modern Lužec logistics park near Prague

The development company 7R, a specialist in high-quality warehouse properties, and the global real estate investment manager EQT Exeter have joined forces to build the EQT Exeter Park Prague D8 Lužec logistics park. The project, comprising two buildings with a total area of 56,000 m², is located in a strategic location along the D8 highway, ensuring excellent access to the region known as Greater Prague.

EQT EXETER PARK PRAGUE D8 LUŽEC features two modern warehouses with floor areas of 44,000 m² and 12,000 m², offering a total of 68 loading bays and a 12-meter clear height. The facilities will be constructed in accordance with ESG best practices, including provisions for the installation of solar panels and heat pumps.

EQT EXETER PARK PRAGUE D8 LUZEC is designed to meet BREEAM Excellent standards and incorporates a range of sustainable solutions, including energy-efficient LED lighting, charging stations for electric vehicles, and biodiverse landscaping.
