CBRE Investment Management (CBRE IM) has acquired Building D in the 7R Park Beskid I logistics center. The building offers 13,800 sqm of gross leasable area (GLA) and is fully leased to two tenants. 7R has now sold all four buildings that make up 7R Park Beskid I—with a total GLA of 58,300 sqm—to CBRE Investment Management.

Developer 7R previously sold Buildings A and B, with a total GLA of 29,000 square meters, and Building C, with a GLA of 15,500 square meters, to CBRE Investment Management in 2019 and 2020, respectively.

The 7R Park Beskid I logistics center is located in Czechowice-Dziedzice in the Silesia submarket in Poland. The park benefits from its close proximity to the Czech and Slovak borders and direct access to National Highway No. 1.

The 7R Park Beskid I logistics center is a great addition to our portfolio, offering a diversified income stream, a strong tenant mix, and high-quality construction, including solid ESG credentials. All four assets at the 7R Park Beskid I logistics center have been fully leased since acquisition. The 7R Park Beskid I center has a diversified tenant mix of 10 international and domestic companies, including logistics operator Raben, parcel delivery company DPD, global furniture fabric manufacturer Davis Fabrics, and dental and prosthetic supplier Marrodent.
