The developer 7R has signed a contract to deliver a BTS warehouse facility for the Hultafors Group—a Swedish company that offers a range of premium brands, such as Snickers Workwear, Hultafors Tools, and Solid Gear, for professional tradespeople. The building, located in Goleniów (northwestern Poland), will be the country’s first automated Class A warehouse to use the AutoStore system.
The 7R development in Goleniów will be built using a design-and-build approach and will offer approximately 30,000 square meters of leasable space.
The BTS warehouse for the Hultafors Group will be a Class A facility equipped with an AutoStore system. We will design it in accordance with our 7R Green eco-concept, which focuses primarily on maximizing the building’s energy efficiency through the use of modern solutions such as solar panels and electric vehicle charging stations.

The building will be certified under the BREEAM system at the "Very Good" level. The project is scheduled to be completed in February 2021.
