Tomasz Mika has been appointed by the 7R Management Board to the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with the rank of board member. Since August 1, 2021, he has been leading the company’s finance division, overseeing finance, accounting, and controlling. He will also support the growth of 7R’s business in Poland and in international markets.
Tomasz Mika has many years of experience in managing and optimizing key financial processes and operational activities, which he gained in Poland, Germany, and Russia. He has worked for brands such as Cersanit, Hollywood, IKEA, Pfleiderer, PwC, and KPMG, where he developed expertise in areas including financial forecasting, budgeting, financial analysis, cash flow management, and risk management.
Year after year, 7R has seen steady growth in leased space, averaging 35%. The Company’s strong position in Poland encourages us to seek broader prospects and opportunities for expansion in foreign markets. I am convinced that Tomasz Mika’s experience in implementing finance and HR projects for international brands will help us manage the dynamics of 7R’s business even more effectively and implement our development plans.

Tomasz Mika has replaced Monika Mazur, who previously held the position as a member of the board. The former CFO will remain a co-owner of the company.
The new CFO’s priority will be to support 7R in implementing its business strategy, shaping the company’s financial policy, and optimizing processes as 7R strengthens its presence in domestic and international markets. Tomasz Mika will lead the team responsible for managing, organizing, and coordinating financial activities.
