7R is completing the Beskid III warehouse and logistics park in Czechowice-Dziedzice. The 22,000-square-meter facility is located near the border with the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The future tenant will have access to the 3-million-strong consumer base of the Upper Silesian conurbation.
7R Park Beskid III is located on the S1 route connecting Silesia with southern Poland, just 40 km from the Czech border in Cieszyn and less than 60 km from the Slovak border in Korbielów. This location offers opportunities for transporting goods to Central Europe, as well as to northern Poland, including nearby Silesian cities.
The park offers 21,000 square meters of modern warehouse space and 1,000 square meters of office space. One notable feature is the increased storage capacity, reaching up to 10.6 meters and covering an area of approximately 8,200 square meters. The facility is equipped with a charging station for 20 forklifts and an optimized dock layout.
7R Park Beskid III is scheduled to open in June 2024, completing 7R’s network of warehouses in the Silesian Beskid region.
