Izabela Trancygier has been promoted to Head of the Central & South Region at 7R
7R has appointed Izabela Trancygier as Head of the Central & South Region. This appointment marks the next stage in the development of the company’s operational structure and strengthens its capabilities in the implementation of key investment projects in central and southern Poland.

New responsibilities and accountabilities in the Central & South region
Izabela Trancygier has been with 7R since 2018 and has steadily advanced her career within the organization. She joined the company as a Project Manager, then served as Construction Director, and most recently was responsible for operations and the launch of new projects as Development Director. She also gained professional experience at companies specializing in design, construction, and investment consulting in the commercial real estate sector.
In her new role, she will be responsible for the continued development of the Central & South region and the implementation of 7R’s business strategy in that area. The Central & South region includes, among others, Warsaw, Łódź, Lublin, Kraków, Podkarpacie, and Upper Silesia, and thus also some of the most important projects being carried out by 7R. Investments located in Kraków (7R Hub Nowa Huta—the largest urban logistics complex in Europe), Sękocin, and Nadarzyn, among other places, have a significant impact on the company’s performance and future growth, and their scale and complexity require effective management and close cooperation between the teams responsible for project planning and execution.
