In early October of this year, Michał Białas will assume the position of Head of Business Development at 7R, one of the leading companies in the Polish warehouse industry. The company’s new head of business development has many years of experience in the real estate sector, specializing in structuring, financing, and transaction execution. At 7R, he will be responsible for expanding the real estate portfolio and tenant base, as well as implementing the company’s development strategy in key markets.

For the past five years, Michał Białas has worked for the Accolade Group, where, as head of the Polish branch, he helped grow the portfolio tenfold, bringing the total volume to over 1.3 million square meters of warehouse space. He also served on the board of Accolade’s SICAV fund, and prior to that, he worked for many years at Bank Zachodni WBK, including as director of corporate clients. He is a graduate of IMD, the London School of Economics and Political Science, the Warsaw School of Economics, and SWPS University.
