7R has won a bid to purchase 20 hectares of land in the Pomeranian Logistics Center. On the site, the developer will build the 7R Park Gdańsk Port complex, with a total area of approximately 123,000 square meters. The property is located in the immediate vicinity of the Port of Gdańsk and the largest deep-water terminal in the Baltic Sea—DCT Gdańsk.

The acquisition of the 20-hectare plot in the Pomeranian Logistics Center marks a major milestone for 7R in its efforts to expand its network of logistics and industrial parks in northern Poland. DCT Gdańsk is the fastest-growing container terminal in Poland and the only deep-water terminal in the Baltic Sea region. Ships from all over the world, including the Far East, call at this port. In this strategic location for maritime transport, the developer plans to build modern Class A warehousing and manufacturing facilities, in which the company will implement PropTech solutions. 7R will also focus on minimizing the impact of the planned facilities on the natural environment.

We wanted to build a logistics park near the largest and fastest-growing container terminal in Poland. Thanks to this, we will expand our portfolio with a specialized project tailored to shipping activities in the port area and linked to the maritime economy. It is worth noting that this conveniently located and well-connected area is also perfectly suited to the needs of the logistics, warehousing, and light industrial sectors. We are convinced that a complex such as 7R Park Gdańsk Port is essential for the future development of Gdańsk’s maritime transport.
