Joanna Lewandowska will head the Construction and Design department at 7R

Joanna Lewandowska joined 7R at the beginning of December, taking on the role of Head of Construction and Design. In her new role, she will manage teams of professionals dedicated to the design and architecture of warehouse and industrial buildings and oversee the work of project managers responsible for the execution of projects as part of the developer’s Polish and international expansion.

Joanna has over 20 years of professional experience in the real estate development and construction industry, gained in managerial roles within international corporations. She was responsible for project management and establishing technical frameworks. She oversaw teams carrying out comprehensive investment processes—from design and architecture through the development of project standards to the execution of investments. Additionally, Joanna has experience in introducing business projects to the Polish market that involve establishing Polish entities to implement business development strategies within international corporations.

Joanna is a graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology, where she studied at the Faculty of Civil Engineering. She also holds a degree in Engineering Economic Analysis from Central Connecticut State University in New Britain, as well as postgraduate degrees in corporate value management from the Warsaw School of Economics and in management from the SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities.
