Joanna’s experience and expertise will enable us to manage the development of our projects even more effectively. As Head of Construction and Design, Joanna will support the company’s management in growing 7R’s business in Poland and international markets in the areas of architecture, design, and project execution. Our strategy calls for 7R’s portfolio of completed projects to exceed 4.5 million square meters by 2025.

Joanna has over 20 years of professional experience in the real estate development and construction industry, gained in managerial roles within international corporations. She was responsible for project management and establishing technical frameworks. She oversaw teams carrying out comprehensive investment processes—from design and architecture through the development of project standards to the execution of investments. Additionally, Joanna has experience in introducing business projects to the Polish market that involve establishing Polish entities to implement business development strategies within international corporations.
Joanna is a graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology, where she studied at the Faculty of Civil Engineering. She also holds a degree in Engineering Economic Analysis from Central Connecticut State University in New Britain, as well as postgraduate degrees in corporate value management from the Warsaw School of Economics and in management from the SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities.
