7R has secured the building permit for 7R Hub Nowa Huta, a strategically located, next-generation logistics and industrial park in Kraków. The project comprises three buildings totaling approximately 230,000 square meters. Negotiations with potential tenants are already underway.
Situated in the heart of Nowa Huta, near National Road 79 and the shortly finished S7 expressway junction, the park offers excellent connectivity and access to Kraków’s city center. Its location and proximity to a skilled workforce make 7R Hub Nowa Huta an attractive choice for technology companies, production operations, and logistics operators. Currently we are finalizing negotiations with light production and services companies.
