7R Park Jawor II is a modern Class A logistics and manufacturing park offering approximately 96,000 m² of leasable space (GLA). The project is being developed on a plot of approximately 233,000 m² and was designed with logistics operators, regional distribution, e-commerce, and modern manufacturing in mind.
The project features modern warehouse and production space with the flexibility to configure modules according to tenants’ requirements. The layout of the facility is designed to support high-intensity operations and handle logistics and manufacturing processes that require large-scale operations.

7R Park Jawor II is located in Jawor, in the western part of Lower Silesia, one of Poland’s most important industrial and manufacturing regions.
The location offers excellent transportation access:
- quick access to the S3 expressway, a key north-south transportation corridor
- convenient access to the A4 highway, connecting Germany, Poland, and Eastern Europe
- about 20 km to Legnica
- about 70 km to Wrocław
