7R Park Gdańsk IV is a modern Class A logistics and warehousing park offering approximately 42, 000 m² of leasable area (GLA). The project is being developed on a plot of approximately 95, 000 m², providing optimal conditions for logistics, distribution, and light manufacturing operations.
The project was designed with companies in the logistics, e-commerce, distribution, and port services sectors in mind. Thanks to its multi-tenant structure, it allows for flexible space allocation and the customization of modules to meet tenants’ individual needs.

7R Park Gdańsk IV is located in Gdańsk, in the immediate vicinity of one of the most important seaports in the Baltic Sea region and key transportation corridors in northern Poland.
The location offers excellent transportation access:
- quick access to the S7 expressway, which connects Gdańsk with Warsaw and southern Poland
- convenient access to the A1 highway, which connects to the central and southern parts of the country
