7R Park Bytom is a modern Class A logistics and warehousing park located in the Upper Silesian-Zagłębie Metropolis, offering approximately 74, 000 m² of leasable area (GLA) within a single building. The project is being developed on a plot of approximately 155, 000 m², which provides suitable conditions for logistics, distribution, and manufacturing operations.

The project was designed for companies in the logistics, e-commerce, distribution, and light manufacturing sectors that are looking for modern and operationally efficient warehouse space in one of Poland’s most important industrial regions.

About the location

7R Park Bytom is located in Bytom, in the central part of the Upper Silesian-Zagłębie Metropolis, one of the largest and most developed industrial and logistics regions in Central and Eastern Europe.

The location offers excellent transportation access:

  • quick access to the A1 highway, which serves as the main north-south transportation corridor
  • convenient access to the A4 highway, which connects southern Poland with Germany and Ukraine
  • proximity to the Silesian Cross-City Expressway (DTŚ), which provides efficient connections within the Silesian metropolitan area
  • about 20 km to Katowice
  • Approx. 25 km to Katowice Airport in Pyrzowice
