7R Announces Promotion of Magda Uler-Kłeczek to CIO

7R is pleased to announce the promotion of Magda Uler-Kłeczek to the position of Chief Investment Officer, effective April 15, 2025. This strategic appointment recognizes Magda’s exceptional achievements, and leadership that have already accelerated 7R’s market position. In her new role, Magda will continue to lead with innovation and expertise, further driving 7R’s success in capital markets and overall growth.

Magda Uler-Kłeczek previously served as the Head of Capital Markets at 7R. Since joining the company in early 2024, she has successfully led and structured multiple joint venture transactions, securing over 100 million EUR in equity from 7R’s business partners. One of the major transactions under her leadership was the sale of a warehouse portfolio to Investika. This was the largest transaction in the Polish market over the past two years, demonstrating her strategic thinking and ability to build strong relationships with business partners.

With a career including firms such as KPMG, Colliers, and JLL, Magda has built up a valuable experience in capital markets. Her deep understanding of the real estate market, combined with exceptional drive, has positioned her as one of the leading professionals in the field. Her industry peers recognized her exceptional contributions when she was named the 2024 Rising Star Industry Professional of the Year at the prestigious CEE Quality Awards.
