Developer 7R has signed an agreement for a BTS warehouse facility for Hultafors Group – a leading Swedish company that provides a number of premium brands, such as Snickers Workwear, Hultafors Tools and Solid Gear, to professional craftsmen all over the world. The project, located in Goleniów (North-Western Poland), will be the country’s first A-class automated warehouse which uses the AutoStore system.
7R’s warehouse facility in Goleniów will be a design & build project and will offer approx. 30,000 sqm of usable space.
The A-class BTS development, equipped with the AutoStore system for the Hultafors Group, will be constructed according to our eco 7R Green concept. This approach primarily focuses on maximizing energy efficiency through the use of modern solutions, such as photovoltaic panels and sockets for charging electric cars.

The building will receive a BREEAM “Very Good” certificate. It is planned to be commissioned for use by February 2021.
