Tomasz Żak

Tomasz Żak is an experienced manager with 17 years of experience in commercial real estate management. He currently serves as Head of Asset & Property Management at 7R, where he leads a team responsible for managing over 700,000 m² of warehouse and industrial space across more than 30 facilities throughout Poland, including logistics parks and urban warehouses under the 7R City Flex Last Mile Logistics concept.

Before joining 7R in 2020, he held management positions at Multi Poland, Cushman & Wakefield, and Panattoni Europe, where he managed portfolios of retail, office, and warehouse properties in Central and Eastern Europe. He has worked with institutional investors such as Blackstone, Union Investment, CBRE Global Investors, Tristan Capital Partners, GEMO, and Unibail-Rodamco. Tomasz is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and a participant in the Erasmus program at Jönköping International Business School in Sweden.
