Magdalena Uler-Kłeczek

Magdalena Uler-Kłeczek serves as Chief Investment Officer (CIO) and a member of the management board at 7R, where she also leads the Capital Markets team. She is responsible for securing equity financing for 7R’s development projects in the logistics real estate sector, managing investor relations, and overseeing the sale of existing assets. Since joining 7R in April 2023, she has structured joint venture agreements that have secured over €100 million in capital from business partners. Her leadership in the Capital Markets division has resulted in several significant transactions, including the sale of a warehouse portfolio to the Investika fund for €150 million.

As a member of the board, Magda focuses on helping to shape the company’s strategic direction, making a key contribution to 7R’s continued growth and success. She participates in strategic planning and supports 7R’s positioning so that the company can capitalize on new market opportunities and strengthen its market position.

Magdalena has over 12 years of experience in the commercial real estate sector. Before joining 7R, she spent 11 years working at leading advisory firms JLL and Colliers, focusing on the logistics and office sectors and advising on transactions with a total value of over €2.5 billion. In 2024, she was named a CEEQA Rising Star Industry Professional.
