Aurelia Rachtan

Aurelia Rachtan is responsible for business development and the commercialization of 7R projects in the southern region. She is a highly regarded expert with over 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. She specializes in providing comprehensive services for lease transactions involving warehouse and industrial space. At 7R, her responsibilities include leasing the flagship 7R Hub Nowa Huta project in Kraków, which is one of the key elements of the company’s development in the Małopolska region.

Aurelia spent a significant portion of her professional career at Panattoni, where she served as Associate Development Director. Over the course of her career, she has leased a total of approximately 800,000 square meters of space throughout Poland.
