Andrzej Wroński

Andrzej Wroński serves as CEO of 7R and is responsible for the company’s strategy and day-to-day management in key markets in Poland and the Czech Republic, as well as for business development in Germany. He is a logistics and industrial real estate executive with over 20 years of experience in operations, management, and asset portfolio management. He focuses on disciplined goal achievement, collaborative partnerships with clients, and the long-term effectiveness of projects and assets. An important part of his agenda is also the development of long-term relationships with institutional investors and the capital markets, supporting consistent growth and the execution of 7R’s development pipeline.

He gained his professional experience at P3 Logistic Parks, among other places, where he worked for 17 years. During that time, he was successively responsible for asset management in Poland and then in the Central and Eastern Europe region; he served as Managing Director in Poland and later as Group Director of Asset Management. From 2023 to 2025, he also led P3’s operations in Romania as Managing Director. Concurrently, he chaired the Portfolio Management Committee and served as a member of the Investment and Development Committee.

He is a graduate of the Bogdan Jański University of Management and Entrepreneurship in Warsaw. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Management and Marketing and a master’s degree in Organizational Management.
