Agnieszka Imielska

Agnieszka Imielska serves as Head of People & Culture at 7R. She is responsible for the comprehensive management of human capital, including recruitment, employee development, employer branding, compensation policy, HR budget management, and HR and payroll processes. She also oversees the development of work culture and organizational structures, as well as administration and the management of a decentralized network of branches and offices. She focuses on creating an effective, modern, and friendly work environment that supports employee well-being, team engagement, and the development of a high-quality employee experience.

She is an HR manager with over 20 years of experience in building and developing organizations by strengthening organizational culture, streamlining processes, and implementing solutions that support business efficiency and team development. She serves as a strategic partner to executive boards in scaling organizations, designing and tailoring organizational structures, and supporting companies in achieving their business and transformation goals. At 7R, she focuses on creating strategies and tools that support the long-term development of the company and its employees, ensuring that HR activities align with the organization’s business objectives.

He also serves as the Management Board’s Information Security Officer, responsible for developing and overseeing security standards, ensuring that organizational processes comply with applicable requirements and internal policies, and implementing artificial intelligence (AI)-based solutions that support operational efficiency, organizational development, and the streamlining of business processes.
