Challenges

What challenges did we face in this project?

High operating costs

The goal was to create a facility that would reduce operating costs and improve energy efficiency in the long term.

The need for scalable space

The project had to meet the needs of a growing logistics operator and provide space to support the company’s continued growth.

Expectations of greater operational efficiency

The facility was intended to enable the implementation of modern technological improvements and provide greater control over energy consumption.

7R Solutions

How we carried out the project

Efficient HVAC systems

Close coordination We installed high-efficiency heat pumps and ventilation with heat recovery to reduce energy consumption and improve the building's performance.

Smart building management

An advanced BMS system and energy-efficient LED lighting with DALI control support the ongoing optimization of the facility's operations.

Self-generated energy and greater independence

A photovoltaic system and on-site energy storage improve operational efficiency and enhance the facility’s resilience to fluctuations in energy costs.
