Challenges
What challenges did we face in this project?
Long-term operational efficiency
The goal was to create a building that combines high environmental standards with practical efficiency in everyday use.
Monitoring of energy consumption and emissions
The project involved the implementation of systems to enable real-time monitoring of actual energy consumption and operational CO2 emissions.
Net book value
A key objective was to maintain full control over the building’s operational parameters in order to support its long-term optimization and investment value.
7R Solutions
How we carried out the project
High-efficiency HVAC systems
The building features air-to-air heat pumps for heating and cooling, mechanical ventilation with heat recovery, and air handling units with heat recovery and CO2 sensors. These solutions reduce energy loss and adapt the system’s operation to the actual needs of the occupants.
Improved energy efficiency of the facility
The project includes enhanced insulation, improved airtightness of the building, and airtightness tests, which have helped reduce heat loss and improve the building's energy performance.
Smart management and self-generated energy
A BMS system, DALI lighting control, and a 250 kWp PV system have been installed. As a result, the building benefits from automation, manages energy consumption more effectively, and helps reduce its operational carbon footprint.
