Completion of the expansion of 7R Park Lublin East I

Warsaw, February 19, 2026 – A modern warehouse and office complex in Lublin has a new building. Dekpol Budownictwo served as the general contractor for the project, and 7R was the developer. The facility, which was designed in accordance with the criteria for BREEAM Excellent certification, is now fully leased.

The modern 7R Park Lublin East I logistics complex is located on Mełgiewska Street. As part of the final phase of this project, Dekpol Budownictwo constructed a logistics warehouse with a two-story office section and accompanying facilities. The total area of the facility exceeds 57,000 m². Dekpol also constructed a municipal road with the necessary technical infrastructure. The project was completed in 10 months, utilizing prefabricated elements sourced from, among others, the Dekpol Group’s production facilities.

The project is part of a larger logistics park offering five fully leased modern warehouses with a total area of 110,000 m², featuring storage heights of up to 10 meters and advanced technological and environmental solutions. These include eco-friendly solutions such as a green roof, insect houses, a DALI dynamic lighting control system, and a 150 kWp photovoltaic installation, which enabled the project to apply for the prestigious BREEAM Excellent certification and to precisely determine the investment’s carbon footprint. Dekpol also created 7,000 m² of flower meadows. Local plant species were planted there, including 365 trees.
