7R, a developer of high-quality warehouses and industrial facilities, has obtained a building permit for a technical and production hub in Nowa Huta.
The project involves three buildings with a total area of 230,000 m².
7R has obtained a building permit for 7R Hub Nowa Huta—a next-generation logistics and industrial park in Kraków. Negotiations with potential tenants are already underway.
Located in the heart of Nowa Huta, near National Road 79 and the S7 expressway interchange, the park offers excellent transportation links and access to downtown Kraków. Its location and proximity to a skilled workforce make 7R Hub Nowa Huta an attractive choice for technology and manufacturing companies, as well as logistics operators.
7R Hub Nowa Huta is the largest project in 7R’s portfolio. Its key features include smart building management systems, infrastructure designed for automation, and amenities for logistics operators. A clear zoning layout, convenient access routes, and a logical organization of functions will support efficient day-to-day operations, increasing productivity and saving time for businesses of all sizes.
In line with 7R’s commitment to sustainable development, the project incorporates eco-friendly solutions that go beyond standard ergonomic design. Thousands of trees, flower meadows, and dedicated relaxation areas will be introduced between the warehouses and roads, gradually restoring balance to areas historically dominated by industry.
