Piotr Pikiewicz takes over the finance department at 7R

 

Piotr Pikiewicz has joined the 7R team. In his role as Head of Project & Corporate Debt, he will lead the team responsible for project and corporate financing within the 7R Group.

Piotr Pikiewicz is an experienced expert specializing in capital sourcing and debt origination. From the beginning of his career, he has been closely associated with the real estate market. Most recently, as Associate Director at CBRE Poland, he successfully coordinated financial strategies optimizing capital structure, increasing liquidity, and restructuring projects. At 7R, he will support the efficiency of investment processes by securing financing for the group and its projects.  – Strengthening the team with the best specialists is one of the pillars of our growth strategy. Piotr Pikiewicz is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics. Since 2018, he worked as Associate Director at CBRE Poland, in the Debt Advisory, Capital Market Department. Previously, he was associated with the brokerage house Michael / Strom and Getin Noble Bank.
