7R, a developer specialising in the construction of high-quality warehouses, is establishing cooperation with Rebel – the largest hobby shop in the Milky Way. Rebel will soon arrive at the facility in 7R City Park Gdańsk Airport I.
A long time ago, in a distant basement in Gdańsk, Rebel, a small shop for gaming enthusiasts, was established. In less than 20 years, the Rebels have built an empire of board and role-playing games. Now, the company is about to occupy over 4,700 sqm at the DC3 facility within the 7R City Park Gdańsk Airport I complex. Rebel was supported in this operation by Querco Property.
In recent years, we have experienced intensive growth and have been releasing more and more games – and now need space to store them all. We are very pleased to have established cooperation with 7R, which allowed us to find the perfect place for our business. The new warehouse will provide us with increased space and better logistics and thus enable us to fulfil our customers’ orders even more efficiently.

The 7R City Park Gdańsk Airport I warehouse consists of three halls featuring eco‑friendly solutions. The total floor area of the facility is approx. 40,500 sqm. The warehouse park is located 4 km from the Lech Wałęsa airport, 800 m from the exit from the S6 expressway, 13 km from the centre of Gdańsk, and 25 km from the Gdynia port.
