Poltrakt becomes a new tenant at 7R Park Poznań West
7R, a developer specialising in the construction of high-quality warehouses, has leased nearly 8,200 sqm in the 7R Park Poznań West complex to Poltrakt, a provider of comprehensive transport and logistics services.
The 7R Park Poznań West warehouse is located in Tarnów Podgórny – only 22 kilometres west of the centre of Poznań and 8 kilometres from the S11 expressway. In addition, the close proximity of the Poznań–Ławica airport makes this location an ideal logistics point for both domestic and international operations. Poltrakt will be ready to launch its operations at the site in March.

What is more, the warehouse features a number of eco-friendly solutions, such as air destratification fans and electric vehicle charging stations. The facility has also obtained a BREEAM certificate at the “Very Good” level.
