7R strengthens Asset & Property Management

Tomasz Żak has joined the 7R team as head of the company’s Asset and Property Management department. 7R currently manages a 500,000 sqm real estate portfolio throughout Poland, and is focused on strengthening this business line as part of the company’s business development strategy.

Tomasz and a 7R team of specialists currently manage over 500,000 sqm of industrial and warehouse space under 76 lease agreements in 27 properties across the country. These are logistics parks and city warehouses of 7R’s City Flex Last Mile Logistics concept.

I’m pleased to welcome Tomasz on board and I’m glad that we can entrust the development of our asset and property management practice to such an experienced professional. Tomasz has cooperated with the largest investment funds operating on the CEE market, and his extensive knowledge will allow us to develop even better standards and a property management offer that will meet the needs of both tenants and owners of industrial and warehouse buildings.

Bartłomiej Krawiecki

Member of the Board and Head of Development at 7R

7R boldly and consistently implements successive strategic projects on the Polish warehouse market, such as the network of last mile logistics warehouses or the 7R Green eco-line. The scale of BTS investments carried out by the company shows how important it is today to be open to the customer's needs and, at the same time, to know the property the tenant is occupying. As a developer, 7R has been getting to know the property since the very beginning of its construction process. The mission of our management team is to increase the value of the buildings, ensure comfortable use of the leased space and take care of long-term partnerships with our clients.
