Prime Property Prize 2020 to 7R

BWI R&D center in Balice has been recognized as Green Building of the Year which brings ecological and innovative solutions to sustainable construction.

It’s a unique facility in Europe and the first commercial office and laboratory building of this type in Poland. The BWI’s center uses a trigeneration system, thanks to which the building is self-sufficient in energy.
