Her responsibilities include the active acquisition and service of clients, as well as the preparation, negotiation and finalization of lease agreements. Its portfolio includes warehouse and warehouse and industrial facilities for companies from the e-commerce, logistics and production sectors. She conducted projects with individual adaptation of space for clients, including mezzanine with automation, above-standard fire protection, as well as adaptations to production.
