New Head of Leasing at 7R

Magdalena Kostjan has been promoted to the newly created position of Head of Leasing at 7R. Her extensive experience, strong managerial skills, and deep knowledge of the organization will be pivotal in achieving the company’s ambitious leasing goals.

Magdalena Kostjan joined 7R in 2021 as Regional Leasing Director and was promoted to Business Development & Leasing Director at the beginning of this year, overseeing the southeastern region of Poland and Czechia. During this time, she successfully completed numerous transactions in a demanding market. Among her achievements is the introduction of a new type of warehouse from the 7R Green Saver line—a groundbreaking concept on the path to new standards of sustainable development—and leasing the first two facilities of this kind to global businesses. Previously, she was responsible for leasing and capital deployment at Prologis. She holds a degree from the University of Economics in Wrocław.

Under Magdalena Kostjan’s leadership, 7R’s leasing team will strive to achieve ambitious goals, with a strong focus on the needs of the client.
