Joanna Lewandowska to head the Construction and Design department at 7R
At the beginning of December, Joanna Lewandowska joined 7R, taking the position of Head of Construction and Design. In her new role, Joanna will manage a team of professionals which are involved with the design and architecture of warehouse and industrial buildings and will also supervise the work of project managers responsible for the execution of 7R investments both in Poland and internationally.
Joanna's experience and competences will allow us to manage the process of creating our projects even more effectively. As Head of Construction and Design, Joanna will support the company's management board in developing 7R's business in Poland and abroad, working in the field of architecture, design, and investment implementation. Our strategy is to have a portfolio of completed 7R projects that will exceed 4.5 million sqm. by 2025.

Joanna has over 20 years of professional experience in the development and executive branch, gained in in managerial positions for foreign corporations She has been responsible for managing projects and building technical structures. She has supervised the work of teams realizing complex investment processes – from design, architecture, through development of project standards to investment realization. Additionally, Joanna has experience in introducing, to the Polish market, business projects involving the establishment of Polish business units by implementing business development strategies within multinational corporations.
Joanna is a graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology, where she studied at the Faculty of Civil Engineering. She also graduated from Central Connecticut State University in New Britain with a degree in Engineering Economic Analysis and completed postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics in Enterprise Value Management as well as a Master Class of Management at SWPS.
