Agnieszka Imielska has been appointed Head of HR by the 7R management board. She will lead the developer’s HR department and will be responsible for all issues related to human capital, including recruitment, development, employer branding, remuneration policy, as well as HR and payroll processes. She will take over the position from Elżbieta Brożek who has left the company after seven years. The priority of the new HR manager will be to manage the employees’ working environment and to support 7R’s strategic goals during this period of the company’s rapid development.
7R is a developer which has been active on the Polish warehouse market since 2008. In recent years, it has recorded average annual growth of 35% in the warehouse sector. In 2021, the company plans to deliver facilities with a total area of approximately 600,000 sq m. 7R’s business development has led to its team being strengthened and this is reflected in the staffing numbers. In 2020, the number of 7R employees increased by more than half compared to the previous year. This year has been no different as the company’s workforce has expanded at a similar rate. Furthermore, 7R’s recruitment drive continues apace, and it is estimated that by the end of the year the company’s team of professionals will total 170 people.
Elżbieta Brożek, who was responsible for 7R’s HR strategy, has decided to take up a new professional challenge. We greatly appreciate and are grateful for the energy and effort that Elżbieta has put into not only creating the work environment at 7R, developing HR processes, recruitment strategies, but for helping us build the organization. Thanks to her work our ranks have the best commercial real estate practitioners in the country. Agnieszka will continue to develop the department using her ideas and experience. She is an outstanding specialist with over 20 years of experience in HR, so I am sure she will effectively support 7R in realizing our long-term HR plans which will contribute to the company's development and its performance.
